Days 108 & 109 – Grateful For a Happy Sober Thanksgiving
Happy Sober Thanksgiving! My first sober Thanksgiving since (well, truthfully I can’t say when) brings with it much to be grateful for.
Day 107 – New Milestones Abound!
If you consider that four months ago I was not only smoking weed virtually everyday, but also drinking 5 to 9+ beers, 5+ nights a week, this is a lot of progress.
Day 106 – Weight Timing Is No Longer of The Essence
There is no doubt that this episode has been and continues to be the toughest weight loss slog of my life. But, while slow, it is steadily moving in the right direction. And that would be DOWN.
Day 105 – A Wonderful Whiff Of Weed For The Road
Then the smell of weed and stale bong water hit me in my nose with the force of Mike Tyson’s fist.
Day 104 – I Love The Smell of Pot Smoke
Having survived the gauntlet of the dual threat of cold beer in the fridge and pot smoke filling my house, I feel like I’m up for any challenge!
