Day 74 – RAIN Rides to the Rescue
And with RAIN drinking alcohol turns from reflexive to recognized to released. All in less time than I’d wait in the McDonalds drive through for a quarter pounder meal.
Marijuana Free Day 420
And while it’s been a bit more than 420 days since I last smoked pot, consumed an edible, vaped, etc (472 days as of the publishing of this blog), I had an interesting convergence of emotions overcome me when I finally reached that magical 420th day.
Day 12 – Marijuana Free. Once Fantasy, Now Freedom
As I’ve written previously, the urge to smoke weed, eat it, or otherwise consume it vanished suddenly around a month into daily meditation. I didn’t quit weed. Weed quit me and I’ve been marijuana free ever since. As I’ve mentioned, it’s a different experience with alcohol and beer.
Day 38 & 39 – Plant Paradox Massive 3 Day Cleanse
I’m hoping after tonight, the Plant Paradox will help me rebuild my gut microbiome. This will, I suspect, further reduce my alcohol cravings since by the end of the 3 day cleanse, I’ll kill off the majority of the sugar loving bacteria. Hopefully, this will further quell the voice that bugs me every time I drive past a liquor store.
